Hope Lashes Policy 

 

  • We DO NOT provide refunds, returns of any matter!
  • Our processing days are Monday-Friday, orders placed on the weekends will be prepared and processed the following Monday.
  • All Orders Are FINAL!
  • Once your package leaves our hands at the post office we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged. Please contact USPS to file a claim with them. All products are handmade so imperfections are to be expected.

  • For any inquiries, customer service is available through our email [email protected].
  • If we are provided with the wrong address and the parcel is returned to our address, you will be responsible to pay the additional shipping prices to ship out your package again. 
  • All information on orders are FINAL, the shipping address CAN’T and WILL NOT be changed.
  • Therefore please make sure you are placing the right information in your order.
  • All orders that have been delivered and are filed as dispute will be handed to the police and dealt with as fraudulent activity!
